Electrical Pro started from a simple observation: electricians were losing jobs and money to handwritten quotations, lost paperwork, and no easy way to look professional in front of a client.
Every feature in the app was shaped by conversations with real electricians and apprentices — starting with a round of interviews before a single screen was designed, and continuing through a closed beta with working contractors quoting real jobs.
We designed for the realities of the trade: patchy signal on site, phones shared between jobs, and clients who judge you by the paperwork you hand them, not just the wiring behind the wall.
